Siddharth Modi
CEO
Siddharth founded the company in 2017 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India to provide transformative Finance & Accounts (F&A) back-office functions to businesses across sectors and regions. Having worked extensively at ground level with medium & large businesses as an internal controller of accounts and finance and also as an external auditor, he understands the accounting models often challenging the business exigencies and way ahead through it.

He is a qualified accountant since 2011 and has worked in the past with IMS People- a group company of global staffing conglomerate listed in UK -serving clients across US, Middle East, UK, Australia during his tenure as Manager Accounts & Finance. He is trained by PwC (PricewaterHouse Coopers Private Limited) with demonstrated ability in Risk Assurance and Advisory Business Services. He is also a graduate in Law (India).

Thereafter, he has been in practice for over 6 years and currently continuing as such in India in the area of accounting, taxation, fraud analysis. He is also a consultant to local government administration in cases related to accounting malpractices and financial embezzlements. At Outcare India, he intends to cater exclusively to international markets.
Sambhav Golecha
Head of Sales
Sambhav brings over 10 years of experience in FA outsourcing to Outcare as head of sales placing the company in a beneficial position. He is a go-getter, customer centric and believes in thorough integrity in dealings.

He is also a qualified accountant having experience in finance & accounts, compliances & taxation functions in UK, USA, and Australia. He has traveled across UK & Australia for professional assignments delivering onsite as well. His sectors of specialization include pharmacy, construction, staffing, healthcare, retail market, services, and franchisee.
Amiraa Kumar
Head of Operations
Amiraa is currently heading Operations in the organization. She is responsible for instituting internal finance control, MIS budgeting and SOP in all functional areas and ensuring continued existence.

A qualified accountant having over 11 years of experience in managing a wide gamut of finance accounts, compliances and taxation functions in India, UK and the US with various organizations in the field of outsourcing, construction, pharmacy, investment and software development. She also has the knowledge to work on various software platforms.

She is a strategic planner with an expert in designing and implementing process, procedures, and systems to achieve control and financial discipline as well as onboarding clients. She specializes in dealing with dynamic situations and changing client needs. She also excels at creating a learning environment for team members which enables her to deliver and sustain client requirements.
